The production of El Coqui coffee begins on its own farms where only the ripe grains are harvested to achieve a better quality of our product. Coffee production is fully automated. The machinery and equipment that our company has are some of the most modern used for the production and packaging of coffee. We are the only ones to get involved in all phases of coffee making. The first phase consists of cultivating and harvesting the grain. In the second phase, the grain is processed and shelled and then the grapes are dried and piled. Finally it is the roasting that is in charge of the toasting, elaboration (grinding) and packaging process. By controlling all these phases, the highest quality coffee is guaranteed.
