works great

Purchased this to replace an older model Shakespeare antenna on my boat in Newport Beach, Ca. Prior to the replacement I was getting 14 channels. After the replacement I got about 125...! Unfortunately a good portion of those channels are in foreign languages...but I'm still getting way more channels than before, including all the locals in HD. This antenna works great and I would definitely recommend it. Just make sure you hook up the powered amplifier...it is required...!
