I bought this powder to help maintain the health of my feet and prevent athlete's foot since I'm outdoors a lot and on my feet most of the day. It really does what it claims to do. It absorbs sweat effectively, keeps my feet dry, and leaves them feeling fresh even after hours in shoes or boots. I also like that it's medicated, so it gives some peace of mind knowing it helps stop the growth of fungus before it becomes a problem. I had some serious health issues. Could not reach my feet and developed serious Athletes Foot! No substitute for the 1% Clotrimazole cream. Pain in the Butt, but you need it to start killing the fungus. But this powder helps maintain it. A light sprinkle in the socks and you're out the door!
