Don't see this lasting my pug for too long and will probably invest in a sturdier plastic carrier eventually, but so far it serves its purpose well enough. Our baby is in her chewing phase and on our last car ride she kept trying to bite the mesh and got her tiny, little, sharp, puppy dog teeth stuck in it a few times. She does like the “bed” in it and drags it out when we are at home for an alternative napping spot.

Haven't used the carrier yet but when I opened the box I checked all of the zippers then where the mesh was sewn to the carrier. Everything was sewn well and the zippers worked well. The handles were attached well and the shoulder strap is sturdy as well as the connectors to the bag.
