I ordered an XL for the gym to have a looser fitting shirt. I was a bit nervous at first because I wear a medium during my cut season, so I thought this would be way too large. Luckily, they fit perfectly in the arms, and are nice and loose around the rest of my body while not looking like a garbage bag. Massive fan
