Tent was a disappointment

I sent a message on July 6th to the company and still no response for a refund. I had a few issues with the tent with some of the poles being bent, the cover would NOT fit properly on unless you almost rip it to stretch it out and one of strings to hold the tent down was also broken. I brought the Canopy to Enjoy for 4th of July and I Could NOT enjoy it for my family and I. I would appreciate if we can take care of this very soon!

I ordered the brand COBIZI but received a brand HOTEEL which is not described on the specifications. I have been contacting customer service because I want a full refund and want to return the item as soon as possible to buy what I have been researching which is COBIZI BRAND before my grand baby's party, but no one has reached out out to me. It's frustrating because I can't just go to Walmart a return this item when I need to. My whole experience is frustrating.
