I was very disappointed in these chairs. Both of them arrived. I opened both of them to put them together and they were both broken. I could not use either one I need to get a refund. Please tell me how I do this they were that was $100 down the drain that I couldn't use because both were broken and impossible to use. Please let me know how I get my money back.
