Does run small--my husband usually fits a medium--it is a large/xlarge--it zips on each side to make it smaller, both zippers on the sides are zipped out( bought it for this reason to make larger or smaller--nice feature) this zipped whole way open is a medium not a large/xlarge--this would be small on my 6 foot, 170 lb. son--So pick a bigger size, and can be made smaller with the zippers--the vest works very well, pockets actually are heated --made husband used it during the PA cold snap hunting, kept him warm--good product and good price

Cheaper on Amazon which was annoying. The battery pack doesn't last very long. I have a better one that I'll use. Outside of that, it's a good little vest.
