I have dyshidrotic eczema and wear a size small, but everything I could find was either quite expensive for how I plan to use them or a large. These are a happy medium for me. They fit about like a medium should and they hold up well for what they are. I wear them at night over treatment creams and under rubber or nitrile gloves when I do heavy duty or wet cleaning jobs around the house. Since they were too long in the finger for me anyway, I cut the fingertips off one pair so I can still have a sense of touch and use my phone. For reference when looking at the photo, I took off exactly 1.5” each finger. They don't unravel at the cuts so I left them unfinished. If you're looking for something cotton and basic just for protection, these will do the job.

I bought the medium size and they fit very tightly. I do not have large hands, so the gloves run small. I wear them to bed with a good hand cream as skin tends to be dry with some eczema.
