Made only in the Jerez region of AndalucÃa Southern Spain, this vinegar is the product of a unique climate. The hot and dry region is perfect for vinegar thanks to the cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean, Mediterranean Sea and Guadalquivir River. Yielding a concentrated acidity and aroma Capirete sherry is a great tool to enhance the flavor of seafood, salads, soups and dressings.
