CAP Barbell Cast Iron Competition Weight Kettlebell, 18lbs

I am a retired senior citizen, buying this kettlebell for home gym use. I purchased this kettlebell upon my Physical Therapist's recommendation, to help improve my full-body strength, muscle development, endurance, flexibility and core stability.
