CAFE CXCG1K0PMCU gas range accessories

This is the second time I'm writing review because when I got someone that reached out, I responded and I was told I sent it to the incorrect department and nothing ever happened. As much as these knobs cost, they are complete garbage. Within the first few weeks the knobs were already rubbed to the white. I would be assuming plastic underneath the painted brass knobs Now I'm almost to a year if not just at and they look horrendous. I would not suggest buying these knobs. Unfortunately, everything else that I bought from Café has brass handles. Now I'm stuck with either keeping these that looked terrible, or buying another set, which will probably do the same thing. To top it off my second review will not work because I have already used my email, so now I have to use an old email address . Do better, Cafe!

I see that I am not alone with this faulty expensive product. What a shame to have to pay over 200 for plastic knobs that don't hold up. I've never had this issue with any other ranges I have owned in the last 20+ years. Tried to add photos but it won't let me.
