Good for the cost

Birds in oregon seemed to like this brand well enough. My grandpa loves feeding the wild birds. The suet at his local feed store price went way up and I've been searching for an alternative. He's as picky as his birds but they both seemed to like this suet ok.

I have found the birds prefer this one to the new brand Pendleton. I noticed as well this has more of a peanutbutter smell to the Pendleton so I'm not sure what's in the other. This one also often gets stolen (suet cage and all) by some creature in my back yard. So can say that it must taste amazing!

Have tried all the different options including the fancy expensive ones from pet stores and online. The woodpeckers and other birds love this one best. Even made my own and they were all eh about it. So Walmart peanut suet is the winner. I have them up all year since I live in florida. Lasts about two weeks, less if there's a lot of rain.
