A good product with few drawbacks.
It is only of good quality, but in a pinch it is a good emergency meal or a great snack. The spork (spoon fork) is included. I liked the fact that refrigeration is not required, the meal can be eaten cold, and it has good flavor. I have a large enough appetite that I would need two bowls to make a meal, so that is a drawback, but for those with a smaller appetite, one bowl would be sufficient. For a child's a lunch, this would be great! I would rate it an 8 out of 10.
