The price is reasonable considering you're getting restaurant-quality sauce that you can use multiple times. One bottle goes a long way, especially if you're just tossing wings or using it as a finishing sauce. Cons: The consistency is quite thick and can be a bit heavy, so you need to toss your wings thoroughly or heat it up a bit to get better coverage. Sometimes I thin it out with a little butter or olive oil. It's definitely on the indulgent side—this is not a low-calorie or light option. The creamy, cheesy nature means it's rich, so it's more of a treat than an everyday sauce.
