GREAT flavor, great performance!
I put one scoop in a bottle and little of electrolyte powder (brand and flavor vary). By itself, it tastes great! I just like to add flavors because I drink them every day. Performance is important to me. I drink two bottles every day - 28oz water, 1 scoop of LFG, some electrolyte powder on top to add favor. It keeps me going for about 8 to 9hrs, running and driving intermittently. I run on flat terrain as well as up and down inclines and downgrades, from concrete to rocks and dirt. If I don't bring them, I can tell a difference. It's definitely worth the buy. In fact, I can say this also one of my favorite flavors. It's very crisp by itself, but it goes so well with my favorites electrolyte mixes.
