I prefer them.
I have been buying Bruce's Yams for years! They are delicious and cooked perfectly. Easy to use in pies, easy to make candied sweet potatoes, and dozen of other dishes. This type does not have sugar in them so they have lower calories but still sweet. They are wonderful in the summer instead of heating up the oven and the house, just open a can and enjoy.
