No sifting needed. Makes best gluten free pancakes

No sifting needed. Makes the best gluten free pancakes. Mixed with chickpea flour, (some chickpea flour must be sifted because it pills and makes little flour ball inside the pancake which is annoying). But this brown rice flour from Quay is absolutely amazing and cost effective and does not need to be sifted...so smooth. This makes the most amazing fluffy gluten free pancakes. I only need some apple sauce, some chickpea flour, some baking powder by featherweight and some agave syrup (melted butter optional but worth it), iodized sea salt and water. No milk needed and still makes rich delicious gluten free pancakes. I found a recipe on youtube by MOMables Laura Fuentes. I skip the flax meal ingredient she uses and I skip the milk for water. For my wet ingredients, I add water, applesauce and agave syrup. You can tweek her recipe with whatever ingredients work for you. I do not buy the premixed gluten free flour because they can sneak in cornstarch and xanthan gum fillers. I am allergic to anything corn and corn derivative, so I also stay away from stuff like citric acid and sorbate etc. I highly recommend this brown rice flour from quay. I have also made gluten free pancakes mixed with Quay cassava flour and chickpea flour (from another company). Next up, I will try using this brown rice flour with no other flour mixed in to make gluten free pancakes. I'm sure it'll still be amazing and delicious!
