I have had very good brisket lived in Texas. For store-bought refrigerated brisket this is very good very easy to prepare it's already cooked. Doesn't take but a minute to warm up. I saw where someone put that it has some fat. Most all brisket has some fat, that makes it stay moist and taste good

I'm the type of person that doesn't like slices of thick meat. It has to be either thin or down to shaved meat. This brand of brisket had the meat thinly sliced soaking in a bit of seasoning and juice from the way they cooked it. I've gotten several times.Has never disappoint. Give it a try.

I have never purchased pre-cooked, prepared Sliced. Brisket before. It just makes me nervous that it would be very dry. I decided to take a chance and purchase this for something a little different.
