I ordered two of these blenders. The price was very low. I guess, You Get What You Pay For!! Both of them worked for an hour or so. Then quit working!! I called Brookstone customer services.. Manual says One Year Warranty.. Call or go on line. Brookstone.Com. They refused to honor the warranty and basically told too bad and hung up on me.. Don't waist your money on these at any price!!
