These sheets have a light, silky feel. I was skeptical of the "temperature regulating " claim, but my husband and I kick our covers off and then put them back on all night long. After the first night in these sheets I asked my husband how he slept. He said he didn't wake up once throughout the whole night. I was amazed because I had the exact same experience! I'm keeping them!
