Instructions
Microwave directions: 1. Pierce bag with fork. 2. Place bag on microwavable plate. 3. Microwave on high for three minutes. For softer texture, add up to one minute. Let sit for one minute. Caution: contents and bag hot! 4. Open bag, pour contents into serving dish and enjoy. Because microwaves vary, cook times are approximate. Oven-roast directions: Drizzle florets with olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast at 450 F for 10-15 minutes. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. Serving suggestions: Finely chop florets and add to coleslaw or your favorite pasta salad. Serve florets on a veggie platter with your favorite veggie dip, hummus or dressing. Finely chop florets and add to an omelet for added flavor and color. Use chopped florets in your favorite soups and casserole dishes. For added nutrients to a kids' favorite, boil or steam chopped florets until fork tender and fold into mac n' cheese. Keep refrigerated.

I've ordered this three times now, this last time was the final time I will order it. Even though they are days away from expiration date, they've come with darkened oxidized surfaces and what looks like old florets, definitely not in good shape. I'm glad I opened them up to use them individually instead of throwing the whole thing in a microwave and then discovering the poor state of the broccoli. I don't find this from other stores!

Poor Quality
Unfortunately, I had to throw them out the same day they were delivered because they had started to mold and go bad. I was surprised that the shopper still grabbed something that looked like that. I used Walmart delivery as I am immunocompromised. I have to be careful with food items as well which is why I threw it out then try to cut out what was bad.
