I used You Tube to help me program and reset. Thanks to You Tube, easy peasy as my 6 year old grandson would say. Oh, and installation was also a breeze, with easy to follow instructions.

I LOVE this deadbolt. With that being said, I have had many issues with the deadbolt. It seems like it is not waterproof and everytime it rains I have to take it apart and dry it out and reset it. I have not been able to use it for 2 weeks. Other than that this deadbolt is awesome I just wish it worked.
