I love everything about this ice cream, it seems to absolutely make a difference in weight gain from regular ice cream so the "carb smart" claims seem to line up. it has absolutely no funky taste or sweetner taste or anything you'd expect for less than regular ice cream! very good and have bought again and will buy again!!!!
