Perfect for Clay Baking

This tabletop convection oven is perfect for baking my polymer clay pieces! I didn't want to use our household oven, so at the recommendation of another clay maker, I purchased Breville. The quick start instructions were easy to follow and everything baked perfectly; no overheating or burning of my clay pieces! I really like how the convection fan automatically turns on when you're preheating and baking. I tested several times with an oven thermometer and the temp stayed consistent throughout the baking time. It doesn't let you set the temp by 5 degrees (I need to bake at 275, but can only go to 270 to 280), but 270 and I add extra time and it's absolutely fine. I thought the inside would be a bit deeper and longer, the baking pan that I have is too big for it, so I have to use the square one that comes with the oven or ceramic tiles to bake my clay on. All in all, I'm very pleased with this oven and this brand!

A great alternative to a large oven

This is the second identical oven we've purchased over the last several years. We use it exclusively (our regular oven is just for storing pots and pans and for large gatherings. This is a die-hard oven that is used daily and takes so much less time to heat up, less electricity overall.
