Love this skillet!

This skillet is by far the best electric skillet I have ever own. Just my husband and I now and it wasn't convenient to drag out the family size that we used when our children were at home. It is just the right size for 1 or 2 people. I've cooked several meals in it since I received it via FedeX, It arrived in good shape having been well packed. It is also very sturdy as I forgot and left it plugged up last week with butter in it. (for an hour) Didn't harm it or make the surface bubble up like some I've used. I highly recommend this product.

Great little pan

I've only had 2 of these small electric pans, and compared to the last one of a different brand, this Brentwood skillet is great. I've had it for a few months now and haven't been disappointed yet. It cooks evenly, has sturdy handles, a glass lid and it's easy to operate. What's not to like? The size is perfect for cooking for one. I can cook a burger and onions to top it at the same time, or cook 2 medium burgers. Clean up has been easy as well. I'd recommend this Brentwood 8" electric skillet.
