I have been epillating for 20 years, with the e brand. Oh my gosh, this is so much better! It caught all the hair, even the finest ones. It is quieter, and it didn't hurt as much as my old e brand one.. I see the reviews from people who say that it's painful. Obviously, they have never epillated before, and yeah, it hurts. The upper lip is the most sensitive. It gets better over time, though. This is so much neater than waxing, and it's a ton cheaper than having it done professionally. I love it.
