Excellent -- For an Electric Grill

Our HOA insurance required we stop using open flame grills (no gas or charcoal). Bummer! As the title of this review states, this grill works well. Food cooks well. However, taste cannot compare to BBQ with charcoal or even gas. This grill is super easy to clean. To maintain efficiency, you must clean after each use -- another big difference with electric grills. The control unit must also be removed and stored indoors, probably due to bluetooth capability. This is very easy and probably will prolong life of control unit even if you don't use the bluetooth control. Weber cart for this grill is overpriced but does work well.

Perfect for apartment balconies and more

This is a perfect grill for apartment balconies that prohibit open flame grills. We also bought another one (with stand) for our island house on Roatan because propane tanks are not as easily available as in the US. The app works as described, keeping us accurately informed of the grill temp and the probe temps. We're still experimenting with it, but so far no complaints - just full bellies.

Great grill

Grill is great. If you only heat one side, the digital temp gauge will only ever show about 475. Crank them both on it will get up to 605. Those that are complaining about it heating up too slow may only be using one side. I now just make it a habit to turn both on to make sure its all heating up as much as possible.
