Microwave Instructions: Puncture plastic film in several spots on top of tray OR peel film back on tray about 1 - inch to vent. Place tray in microwave. Heat on High for 30 seconds. Caution: The tray and its contents are Hot after microwaving. Carefully peel back film from tray and stir contents. Re-cover with the film and continue to heat for an additional 30 seconds or until hot. Let tray stand for 1 minute, if desired. All microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate. Not for use in conventional ovens. No refrigeration needed until opened. Store at room temperature.

Most of these are great bc the are so soft and can kinda mash a little. She eats it all up!! That in itself makes me happy!! Great value and love that it doesn't need to be refrigerated or frozen. Literally takes 1 minute. I do a minute and 15 seconds tho.

very good taste, 10mg Protein, super fast cook in microwave, no dirty dish to wash, shelf stable, so I keep my pantry stocked with the different ones, all so good, and take them on trips to prepare in motel room microwave if hungry.
