I've been fortunate enough to work in Michelin Star restaurants and it's the only wischisire sauce they'll carry . It's flavor profile besides making it yourself is perfect. I've tried other brands because this brand wasn't avaliable and I hated it.

I attempted to save money one day and purchased the small bottle of the store brand and it was so off and different I couldn't use it after it ruined my dish with it's prominent taste and texture which was akin to steak sauce. Just no. There's no saving any money when purchasing that mess. Lea %26 Perin"s is the only correct way to go.

Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce is the best. Any other copy cat out there comes close but they still can't match them in taste. This is one old company I hope stays around. They make the best. Good on burgers, steaks, add to fry veggies or other items.
