I love this stuff! If I am going to eat apple cider vinegar anyway, I might as well use the good stuff. This has the mother in it and is way healthier for you. We use it in salad dressings, in recipes, on beans and fries, and I occasionally drink it in water for health. Works even better in apple juice. Great for your gut, reasonably priced for what you are getting. The big jugs are cheaper but they do not have the health benefits this stuff will give you. Look it up you will want to use it too. Has a better taste than the cheap stuff too.

If you are going to do the "Pink Salt Trick" to slim down you will want to get Bragg's Apple Cider vinegar. This is one of the ingredients you will need. Also it is suppose to be healthy to take a couple swigs of it in the morning. I know a lady that does that most everyday and in the long years I have known her she has always stayed slim.
