I love this soy sauce, but I use it sparingly, literally drop by drop, being careful not to use too much, for it IS salty. But it imparts an umami to foods, especially beef, that I really love. And on top of that, it supplies amino acids to the body, so it's more than just a soy sauce. Top quality, please never stop supplying it, Walmart! ☺️
