They're not quite as thick as the food saver name brand bags however, they're 50 ft long. they cost less than The two pack of 10 or 15 ft name brand rolls. On top of that, these bags will vacuum from either direction where the FoodSaver bags will only vacuum the same direction they come off the roll. Which is very inconvenient for making your own bags.
