Excellent!

An excellent complex of amino acids with a pleasant taste. After taking it, there are colics throughout the body, which is how it should be, which means the powder is working, but it works. Personally, it had a positive effect on me, I will take more.

A staple of my workouts for years now

I use this intra and sometimes, when I have some left over, post workout. It hydrates and feeds my muscles during workouts so much better than water alone or even other water additives.
