Designed with tolerance and baby's comfort in mind, Good Start SoothePro Infant Formula Milk Based Powder with Iron was created to address six common feeding issues, including colic, excessive crying, fussiness, gas, mild spit-ups and uncomfortable poops. Good Start SoothePro is the only formula to incorporate the probiotic L. reuteri, which has been clinically tested and shown to reduce fussiness with the first bottle. This formula provides easy-to-digest, complete nutrition for little ones who may be experiencing issues tolerating other formulas. Good Start SoothePro formula features Comfort Proteins, small proteins that are easy for tiny tummies to digest. With 2'-FL HMO, human milk oligosaccharide not from human milk, to support digestive health and the immune system. All Good Start formulas include the expert-recommended level of DHA to support brain and eye development. Non-GMO, ingredients not genetically engineered. The Good Start brand does not use genetically engineered ingredients in any of their formulas. No artificial growth hormones. No significant difference has been shown between milk derived from rbST-treated and non-rbST-treated cows.

Instructions
Directions for Preparation and Use: Use as directed by a doctor. Always wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula. Sterilization or boiling of tap or bottled water and sterilization of utensils is recommended. Your doctor will advise if it is not required. If boiling water, bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute and allow to cool to room temperature before preparing formula. Step 1: Pour desired amount of water into bottle. See chart below. Step 2: Add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7 g) of powder for each 2 fl oz water. (only use enclosed scoop). Step 3: Cap bottle; shake well. Feed baby immediately. Once feeding begins, use contents within 1 hour or discard. Mixing Guide: To Make Approx: 2 fl oz bottle; Measure Water: 2 fl oz; Add Powder: 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7 g). To Make Approx: 4 fl oz bottle; Measure Water: 4 fl oz; Add Powder: 2 unpacked level scoops. To Make Approx: 6 fl oz bottle; Measure Water: 6 fl oz; Add Powder: 3 unpacked level scoops. To Make Approx: 8 fl oz bottle; Measure Water: 8 fl oz; Add Powder: 4 unpacked level scoops. Note: Only if necessary, refrigerate freshly prepared bottle and use contents within 24 hours. Refrigerator temperature should be maintained between 35-40 degrees F (2-4 degrees C). Storage: Tightly cover open can and use within 1 month. Store opened and unopened cans in a cool, dry place. Avoid extreme storage conditions. Warming formula above, or using water warmer than 100 degrees F (38 degrees C), will compromise the probiotic cultures. Use by date on can end.

Twin girls needed something for upset tummy
We were struggling to find something that our twin girls could use for formula and this was a last resort before Nutramigen or Alimentum formula. We were combo feeding as I wasn't able to produce enough milk for them. On a whim, I went to Target and bought a can of this. The first couple of days were already significantly better for our girls. One of them hadn't pooped in three days on other formula and the other was so fussy after every ounce she ate of the other formula. Gerber Good Start Soothe Pro has been such a blessing to our family and the girls have adjusted so well. Their poop is a little bit funky smelling, but it is just an adjustment.

Gerber Sooth Pro formula replacement
We did not know or informed that Gerbers Sooth Pro formula was discontinued. After calling several Walmarts and other stores, we finally found that Dr Browns bought out this formula from Gerber and that the Walmart stores actually did have the formula in stock. When you are down to one bottle left for your baby, you go into panic mode.
