Not as heavy duty as I had hoped

The solid concrete looking lamp fell off the dresser and broke into pieces. Without the dresser even being knocked into. That's odd, because I bought the lamp based on a review that said it is substancial and won't tip over. But it did and now it's in the garbage. Time for another lamp, but it won't be this one.

Arrived with a dent

The lamp is pretty but the box arrived beat up and once I entirely unpacked the lamp I realized it had a visible dent on the side. It can't be hidden due to the placement of the cord. It was too much of a hassle to ship back so I kept it, but likely will not order a lamp to be shipped again.

Terrible quality; bad return experience

The lamp arrived broken: both the collar around the bulb and the fixture were damaged from shipment. Immediately sent a video to the Returns team and they told me a new lamp would be sent. Within a few days, only a collar was sent — and it was also broken. Contacted Returns again, and they assured me a new lamp was being sent. A few days later, another broken collar arrived at my door. Contacted Returns again, and they assured me a new lamp was really on the way this time. A week goes by and I get a text saying my purchase was refunded. A waste of time and energy, and will absolutely not be using this website again. NOTE: the Returns team was very kind and as helpful as they could be (thank you, Katrina, for doing your best!). It seems the problem is on the supplier side, and I'm not willing to risk this experience again.
