Like the rug but Fedex

Like the rug but Fedex was terrible. I also suggest you put instructions in packing to roll the rug in the opposite direction to illuminate the ripples. I had the carpet laid and had to pick it up and move all the furniture so I could re-roll it. In a few days, I will see if that worked.

Pretty, soft, but thin.

It's very pretty and soft but it's super thin. The description of "medium pile" is hard to gauge. I bought another rug from here that said "no pile" but it's at least twice if not three times as thick which is what I'm looking for. Otherwise it's great.

Great rug not so great service.

The rug, price equivalent to quality probably garners more stars. The customer service at boutique rugs is non existent so that'd be 0 stars. Two plus weeks after placing the order a shipping company calls to say they'll be at your door in 20 minutes. After numerous attempts to contact boutique rugs on an estimated arrival date. They definitely need improvement. Until then I'll take my business elsewhere.
