Very Disappointed with Purchase

This shag area rug appeared nicer online than in person. The brown polka dots were not a nice brown—they were closer to khaki. The rug looks cheap as the pile is not very dense so it separates more than other shag rugs I've owned. Additionally, the carpet mats and crushes after walking on it. The fibers don't come back from the traffic in my living room. I was very disappointed!
