Rug and customer service, both excellent!

Very attractive and great quality! Way happy. Also, the service of the company was excellent! I messed up my order several ways and they immediately responded and got things straightened out. Quick delivery of the rug plus the company checked in a couple of times with me to see if they could help in any way. I highly recommend BoutiqueRugs!

Beautiful Traditonal Rug

Shipping was fast! We bought this rug in an 8 x 10 and added the non slip rug pad. It compliments our cream and gray furniture in the living room. The gray is more of a gray blue with flecks of beige and white. During different times of the day I think the rug has a hint of green too. It layed flat in just a couple of days. It's soft to walk on and makes our room look superb. Loved doing business with this company.

The Rug is very nice

The Rug is very nice and soft!! We're very happy and the colors are taupe, white, grey and light blue. I give 5 stars bc the rug is amazing. But I have to say that took them 3 weeks to get to my place, i was disappointing with the company bc they do not tell you if rug is on the way, also I did not know the truck number and I had to write them to complain about it. So sorry but i think that they could improve it.
