Bose Sport Earbuds I've gone thru a few ear buds. Broken them, lost them, killed them or they just simply died from exhaustion. But I never shed a tear. These Bose Sport earbuds, on the other hand would be missed terrible. The reasons: PROS: - Awesome music sound quality typical of Bose. Even though I use these for mostly phone calls (yes a little overkill) I was blown away with the sound depth and resonance. A bass that I have not yet heard in my previous earbuds - Excellent voice quality when on phone calls. The failure of most of these styles of earbuds is the mic response, which is inherently lacking simply because of the compact design. But the Bose Sport earbuds have managed to handle this very important process admirably (for me at least). I don't get people complaining about my voice breaking up or sounding far away. Tested them with a few friends and they could not tell I was using earbuds. So important for me as I make tons of business calls every day. - It fits my small ears! Yes my ears are quite small. I have a lot of trouble finding in-ear devices that fit without hurting - i usually just compensate by keeping them in for short periods. But these Bose earbuds actually have a small enough form factor that their small ear tips work perfectly for me. I forget i have them in - cant get that level of comfort from my other earbuds. - Battery life: And if I'm keeping them in longer I will need longer battery life. The Bose earbuds deliver, even with my very active phone life. The convenient case is also there for quick recharging if battery capacity gets low - Quick recharging. Oh yes I said that before - Bose automatically updates firmware to add features. Which suggests some amount of future proofing built into them. Not something you'll find on a lot of earbuds. CONS: - Will not work without Right side earbuds., which is the master controller /connector. It might sound like a lot to ask for but I've had cheap earbuds that have the flexibility of using Left or Right for everything. - Limited controls: No Skip or Rewind, which is essential for music listening. You can do this on the phone app but that defeats the convenience of having Bluetooth wireless capabilities. However, It does have volume control and Pause, however, despite the many reviews that say otherwise. The latest firmware allows you to turn on those earbud controls. And it has limited call control features - but just the ones i need. - Pairs with only one device: Not a major issue for me but it can get complicated to move form one device to the other without the phone app. Overall this is the best earbuds I've used so far for music AND phone calls. Would highly recommend them for those who still talk on the phone as a necessary part of their life, without compromising typically awesome Bose music playback quality.
