Nice....While It Lasts

Very nice, compact, comfy little gadget while it works. But I've had two of these break on me, one within just a couple of months of purchase. If they're going to break that soon, they should be cheaper.

Battery life is 2 hours less than HT19txt. Boom does not close all the way. Looks like boom can break off easier cause of this. Clear sound

I prefer the older Boom 2's

I've had several of these over the years. Really loved them, but this one not so much, although it looks like the same model. If I'm on the phone for longer than 5 minutes, it cuts back to the phone. When I'm using the headset, my phone is not always right there, so I've got to run to grab it when this happens. Initially, I would hit any button on the phone during the conversation and it seemed like it wouldn't happen then, but it does. It's definitely a lower model, even though it's another Boom 2. It doesn't have the answer options and the sound quality both ways is not as good. Disappointing.
