I, like many others, was shocked when all of the pieces didn't come in the same box. I clearly did not read the fine print (and also the writing on the side of the box) that said it would be shipped separately. The 1st photo is what arrived the 1st day. The next photo is of it put completely together after the 2nd box arrived the next day. I bought this as a gaming chair for my husband %26 he loves it. For reference, he's 6 ft tall. He said the heat %26 massage works great. Don't expect a high quality, family heirloom. You get what you pay for. In this case, I feel I certainly got my moneys worth.

I had an issue with delivery I got the base of the chair and no arms filled out a return label then 2 days later I got the arms I would have appreciated a note that it comes in 2 boxes. Never received such and thought that the warehouse had made a mistake but when I got all pieces it is exactly what I wanted
