BAD REVIEW OF WALMART ONLINE!

This is bad because the wrong product shipped, was delayed 1 day by delivery, but I can't use what you sent. I have previously reported this to Walmart, and they said they would contact the 3rd party, but that was 5 days ago and I never heard anything from them. I have a feeling I won't make anymore of these purchases. I think this may have been bait and switch because the photo showed only the top view of the toilet seat, and the open front of the seat could not be seen, but open front should be the exception, not the standard.

Turned out to be the wrong color. Paid more for shipping than I normally do as I thought the item was what I was looking for. Turned out it came from a third party shipper. When I went to return it could not be returned to Walmart returned shipping was out of my pocket so basically it cost me money to buy and return product. Never again. Terrible service. I thought Walmart was better than that.
