Directions: For adults, add one (1) scoop to 6-8 ounces or two (2) scoops to 14-16 ounces of your favorite beverage. Consume within 10 minutes after mixing. Take this product with an adequate daily fluid intake. Super Advanced Whey Protein can be taken immediately following exercise or as needed throughout the day in order to meet your daily protein requirements. Stir: Stir for 20-30 seconds or until completely blended. Shake: Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds. Blend: Cover and blend for 20-30 seconds. Use in conjunction with an intense daily exercise program and a balanced diet including an adequate caloric intake. Please note: Crystalline Taurine will appear as small crystals within the powder.

Excellent value. Low price for the quality of product. Tastes good with milk or water and dissolves and mixes easily in a shaker cup. (Vanilla seems to mix the easiest for whatever reason) I've bought vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, peanut butter&chocolate resse cups, and cinnamon swirl and they all taste great. Save some money and buy this instead of the overpriced stuff from GNC.

This is the best tasting whey protein I've ever had, tastes like a vanilla milkshake. It also ranks as one of the best protein powders on the market. It's not the absolute best out there but for the price and taste, it can't be beat. I workout everyday and drink a protein shake after every workout. I've been through quite a few protein powders, some tasted awful while others made me feel sick, not with this one though. *Tip of advice* I always purchase three at a time so I get free shipping, I suggest you do the same.

Great Whey Protein product, and priced right...
For the money, this Body Fortress Whey Protein is hard to beat. We use it everyday in our protein smoothies: 16oz of crystal light orange, 4oz of great value greek yogurt, 1 scoop of whey protein, 2tbl PB2 peanut butter powder, and a handful of frozen fruit (great value frozen strawberries, mixed fruit, berries, or just plain frozen bananas). Mix in the Ninja, and you have an ultra-smooth, super tasty smoothie. Calorie count for the whole drink is 480, and my wife and I usually split it 60/40...protein total is over 30g.
