bought this before had to have it again I make my own slim fast powder by adding in a bowl some of the whey powder with a box of sugar free pudding mix and some non fat dry milk powder dash of salt vanilla extract mix it put in container use frozen bananas or any kind of frozen fruit with almond milk dash of cinnamon can also put in some Greek yogurt blend away.

I have been using supplements for 4 decades, this is by far the best I've found yet. Size, servings, price, provide great value. Flavors are pleasing, not too light or over sweet. Mixing is the best, I use a shaker, 50 milk to water, no clumps which is far better than most. If out of milk or in gym can use just water and still tastes good. No better value for protein at 65 grams, and best of all review the ingredients, none of the extras, lab ingredients, and sweeteners. 110% recommended, I've been on subscription for years now.
