I have been using supplements for 4 decades, this is by far the best I've found yet. Size, servings, price, provide great value. Flavors are pleasing, not too light or over sweet. Mixing is the best, I use a shaker, 50 milk to water, no clumps which is far better than most. If out of milk or in gym can use just water and still tastes good. No better value for protein at 65 grams, and best of all review the ingredients, none of the extras, lab ingredients, and sweeteners. 110% recommended, I've been on subscription for years now. love the chocolate peanut butter (strawberry was good too). it's a better value than liquid in bottles. tastes good in water and coffee, but try it in milk! 30g protein per serving is excellent. doesn't have all 20 aminos but hey, that's just the whey it is! 😁
