Improved my pizza dough game!
I've been using a generic kind of brand of flour for my pizza creations and have had some good success but this was the stuff that taught me there's a massive difference in types of flour. I was struggling to get the right texture/pull/anything with my dough and it just felt off. I kept trying different things and got pretty good. I went to buy some different flour and happened to pick up this back due to walmart cash (awesome). Well the difference was totally different. I now feel spoiled. My dough fees so much better, rolls better, wets better, stretches the wheat better, etc. Proofs great and making bubbly happy doughs for my pizza. I love this!

I bought myself a bread maker on Black Friday. I have made many loaves of bread. This Artisian Bread Flour by my favorite company makes wonderful tasting bread. It always mixes well with other flours, though my fav bread is using it exclusively . It does make a difference following the recommended amounts of ingredients by your bread maker instructions.
