Great crust to make your own pizza.
I owned a pizza place, so I know how to make dough at home, but the problem is baking it. You basically have to make the dough half way or it'll never cook right with the sauce and toppings in a regular oven (not hot enough even on broil). You'll wind up with a burned top and a soft bottom. This makes that easy.
