Instructions
Stovetop - From Ambient **Basic Cooking Instructions **Bring 2 cups water to boil in a small pot. Add 1 cup millet and 1/2 tsp salt. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook until tender, 20 minutes. Drain off any remaining water. **Makes 4 servings. **Other - From Ambient **Basic Cooking Instructions **Slow Cooker: Place 1 cup millet, 3 1/2 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt into a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 1 1/2-2 1/2 hours. **Multi-Cooker: Place 1 cup millet, 1 3/4 cups water and 1/2 tsp salt in the pot of a multi-cooker. Set the valve to sealing. On manual setting and high pressure, set for 10 minutes. Natural release the pressure for 10 minutes, then serve. **Makes 4 servings.

Whole Grain
Millet can be used as a base for salads, much like quinoa or couscous. Mix it with chopped vegetables, greens, and a tangy dressing for a light and filling salad. For a grain bowl, I add cooked millet along with toppings l Millet can easily absorb flavors and adapt to different cuisines, making it a great addition to a variety of dishes for my family. I love this brand.
