These potato flakes are my new favorite brand. They are so much better tasting than any of the other ones I've tried. They taste so much like real potatoes that my family had no idea I was using instant potatoes. I made a Shepherd's Pie yesterday and it was devoured in minutes. They made me promise to make this dish on a regular basis. They thought I used a new recipe, but all I did was change out the potato flakes for Bob's Red Mill brand.

I've away thought Bob's Red Mill has produced quality products and their potato flakes are no different. they're fast and easy to prepare and come out smooth and ready for any fixins you might want them with. they also don't have any added ingredients that might cause troubles for folks with allergies or intolerances like wheat/gluten or dairy. it took a while to get to us, but i think we've all become a bit spoiled by the extra fast shipping we've gotten used too...
